The internet is full of helpful links to useful computer information -- whether you have a laptop, desktop, PC or MAC -- there are simple tools that will make your time on the computer more productive.  Here are a few that I recommend:

The best processors on earth are made by Intel Corporation.  Period.

Milwaukee PC is heading the market for locally built PCs and I can be your personal contact for them.  Check out the specifications you want on the web site.  Look at the same specs in another retail store, then call me to give you a quote.  You do not need to spend extra money for a 3 year warranty because it is already included.  Should a part fail during warranty, I will pickup the computer and deliver when repaired.

I subcontract for Dell and enjoys doing their service and installations.  Their computers are well made and documented with precise steps to follow in servicing.  There are no compatibility problems when buying from Dell.

I subcontract for the only Sony store in Wisconsin.  When there is a computer issue at that store, they call me.  The management and sales team enjoy me visits and training provided.

When doing troubleshooting or training customers, I often go to CNET.  CNET is the premier destination for tech product reviews, news and price comparisons, free software downloads, daily videos, and podcasts.  This is one of my favorite web sites.

Because of my scores while subcontracting for Dell, I was given the opportunity to be the primary on-call Computer Technician for the Social Security Administration in Waukesha.  I was finger printed and given a rigorous background check.  Even the Social Security Administration trusts me!!

I volunteer as an Ambassador for the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce.  I help the members get the most out of their membership dollar.  I volunteer to the point where many people think I only work for the Chamber.  It works both ways.  What goes around, comes around.
