Repair and Upgrade - Fix it and install more RAM for speed and power.

Data Backup / Recovery - If you do not have a backup, don't cry when it's gone.  I can set up a totally automatic backup that you will NEVER have to remember to do.

Software Upgrades - Going from one version to another is not as simple as advertised.  Would you perform the safety updates on your car?

Hardware Upgrades - Should I put in a bigger hard drive, a new processor, a faster video card, a media card reader, or more RAM?  What does RAM mean anyway?

Training / Consultation - Ask another company this: Can you come over and show me how to use Power Point?  Or Excel?  Or any of the other packages?  I don't know which computer I want.  Should I rely on the sales guy to tell me?  What are all those funny numbers and symbols anyway?  Do I need all that?  Is he trying to scare me into getting an extended warranty?

Home Server - I have special applications on my computer with a server operating system.  Is there anyone that works on this stuff?
